1. Once you submit an order you will receive a confirmation through email regarding your order and the minimum amount you have pay. It will also consist of the Modes of Payment, Estimated time of arrival and deadline of payment.

2. You have to deposit your downpayment preorders / payment for on hand items if you wish to reserve an item.

***PLEASE DO WATCH OUT FOR THE DEADLINE.
***We will not refund your payment if the said preorder is already closed. But you may transfer the amount for your next purchase instead.

3. Please send us a copy of your bank deposit receipt through email or through our facebook account. (The date you will send us your Deposit receipt will be the only time I CAN CONFIRM YOUR ORDER, so please be careful with the preorder deadlines / other deadlines).

4. You will receive a confirmation for your reserved item.

5. Wait for your item arrival.

6. Once your item arrives, we will either tag you through facebook or email you or text you.

***PLEASE CHECK YOUR EMAIL OFTEN.

***NO DOWNPAYMENT NO ITEM.

***NO PAYMENT OF YOUR ARRIVED ITEM WITHIN 10 BUSINESS DAYS OF ITEM ARRIVAL WILL FORFEIT YOUR DOWNPAYMENT. Meaning you have abandoned your item with us.

LARGE PACK (Max of 2 regular size nendo box) = P80

SMALL PACK (For small packs of nendoroid splits/petits) = P60

*Arrives 1-3business days.

Provincial:

LARGE PACK (Max of 2 regular size nendo box) = P150

SMALL PACK (For small packs of nendoroid splits/petits) =P100

PICKUP/MEETUP:

We schedule meetups to pickup your items by group, we dont meetup with single person.

We "USUALLY" go on SUNDAYS either Greenhills / Megamall / Trinoma.

We "SOMETIMES" go on FRIDAYS or SATURYDAYS TRINOMA only. (upon pool of customers requests)

FOR FORIGN CLIENTS WHO WISH TO PURCHASE FROM US.

Sending packages abroad will vary with different countries and with the weight.

If you wish to have your items shipped abroad you have to agree on to whatever the post says with the shipping fee.

Please contact us with the item you wish to ship and where to, so we can check the post for a quote before ordering.

Please do be reminded that I will be adding transportatin fee to get to the post.

If the package is lost, please contact the courier directly (http://new.xend.com.ph/) and provide them your tracking number (the set of numbers above the barcode) and the date when the item was sent.
