TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Once you submit an order you will receive a confirmation through email regarding your order and the minimum amount you have pay. It will also consist of the Modes of Payment, Estimated time of arrival and deadline of payment.
2. You have to deposit your downpayment for preorders / payment for on hand items if you wish to reserve an item.
***PLEASE DO WATCH OUT FOR THE DEADLINE.
***We will not refund your payment if the said preorder is already closed. But you may transfer the amount for your next purchase instead.
3. Please send us a copy of your bank deposit receipt through email or through our facebook account. (The date you will send us your Deposit receipt will be the only time I CAN CONFIRM YOUR ORDER, so please be careful with the preorder deadlines / other deadlines).
4. You will receive a confirmation for your reserved item.
5. Wait for your item arrival.
6. Once your item arrives we will either tag you through facebook or email you or text you.
***PLEASE CHECK YOUR EMAIL OFTEN.
***NO DOWNPAYMENT NO ITEM.
***NO PAYMENT OF YOUR ARRIVED ITEM WITHIN 10 BUSINESS DAYS OF ITEM ARRIVAL WILL FORFEIT YOUR DOWNPAYMENT. Meaning you have abandoned your item with us.

FOR CANCELLATIONS:

NO DOWNPAYMENT = CONSIDERED CANCELLED
NO DOWNPAYMENT ON TIME = CONSIDERED CANCELLED
NO PROOF OF BANK RECEIPT SENT TO US ON TIME = CONSIDERED CANCELLED
NO PAYMENT 10 DAYS UPON ITEM ARRIVAL = ITEM ABANDONED
UNCLAIMED PAID/UNPAID ITEM WITHIN 2MONTHS STORAGE = ITEM ABANDONED

REFUNDS

If your item is damaged
>IF Item is BrandNew: Please contact GSC Directly: http://partner.goodsmile.info/support/eng/
>IF Item is Opened: If the damage or missing parts are not said in the description we can refund your item at a condition.
1. This should be reported within 24hrs of item arrival with photos shown regarding concern.
2. We prefer you opening the item in front of us to avoid fraud, if possible same day in person or the day when you pick up your item with us.
3. Mishandling of your own item are non-refundable.
4. Please keep your Official Receipt/Screenshot of your item purchase from us/Proof that the particular item came from us.

5. We shall investigate what really happened.
